Absolutely! Although we are based on the Isle Of Wight, most of our services are done online, for example, website design and logo design can both be done entirely via online communication. Other services like business cards and signs, can be designed online and then shipped to you directly, this means that whether your on the Island, in the UK or abroad, as long as you have access to the internet, you can hire us for any of our digital services! Some of our other services can be started online and then be completed in person, e.g. office or gaming space set ups, you can hire us for this however you may incur additional costs for transporting the items to you due to the high expense of the Isle Of Wight ferries. Both Ireland and the USA will get a 5% discount for selected online services.

This depends entirely on what it is that your ordering. All of our store items will currently ship to anywhere in the UK & USA. Depending on what you're purchasing, we can deliver globally, however you'll need to send us an email so we can give you a quote. The reason why we don't have international shipping outside these two countries yet, is because setting up global automated shipping for multiple different services and products is very complex, difficult and takes a lot of time. Please do get in touch if you would like international shipping as we can accommodate this!

No! Although most of our services are conducted online via video call (Zoom) for ease, depending on the need and service, we can physically visit you. Some services require us to visit you, for example, the office space or gaming space set ups. However other services like website or logo design, we can conduct entirely online. Saying that however, a lot of people may find that it benefits both of us to meet in person before or during the design process as it can help with understanding your vision. If you would like to meet in person, instead of online, please contact us to request this and we will be happy to accommodate you. Please note that this will depend on time availability as well as your location and if you don't live on the Isle Of Wight, you may incur additional costs to your service for our travel expenses due to the significant costs of the Isle Of Wight ferries.

Yes! Simply hover over the word "shop", or press the black down arrow if on a mobile device, and click on "Gift Cards". We now sell E-Gift Cards (Electronic Gift Cards), simply choose an amount, or enter your own custom amount, the recipients details and email, and the E-Gift Card, along with it's unique code, will be sent directly to their email! Once they've added items from our store to the checkout page, they will be able to enter their unique code and redeem the amount! If the amount in their basket is BELOW the amount on the card, for example, the basket is valued at £10 and the card is valued at £15, then once the checkout is complete, the card will retain the extra £5, ready for you to use the same code again in a future purchase! Likewise if the amount in their basket is ABOVE the cards amount, then they will need to input their bank details to pay the difference that is not covered by the E-Gift Card! E-Gift Cards can only be used within our Meda4You Online store, they cannot be used in our online courses page, or for any of our services. The amount on an E-Gift Card cannot be changed once the card is purchased, however there is no limit to the amount of gift cards that you can purchase. E-Gift Cards do not currently have a time limit or expiration date, however we strongly advise you to redeem the gift card asap to avoid any issues. E-Gift Cards are not eligible for returns or refunds as they are digital items.
